1. Get in touch

Email us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, and the items you’d like to return.

2. Send your items back

We’ll arrange return shipping and send you the instructions. Blush & Bloom pays the return shipping cost. Please contact us before mailing your items so we can arrange the return with you.

3. Receive your refund

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment provider.

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help. Photos are helpful if you’re able to include them.
